What we collect
چه اطلاعاتی
To prepare and deliver your order, we collect only what we need: your name, phone number, delivery address, email, and the history of orders you place with us. If you create an account, this is held against it so checkout stays effortless next time.
تنها اطلاعاتِ لازم برای آمادهسازی و ارسالِ سفارش را گردآوری میکنیم: نام، شمارهٔ تماس، نشانی، ایمیل و تاریخچهٔ سفارشها.
How we use it
چگونه استفاده میکنیم
Your information is used to fulfil orders, to send order and delivery updates by SMS, and to answer you when you reach out. We do not sell your data, and we do not send marketing you didn’t ask for.
اطلاعاتِ شما برای انجامِ سفارش، ارسالِ پیامکِ وضعیت و پاسخگویی استفاده میشود. دادههای شما را نمیفروشیم و پیامِ تبلیغاتیِ ناخواسته ارسال نمیکنیم.
Payment & card data
اطلاعاتِ پرداخت
Payments are processed by ZarinPal, Iran’s regulated payment gateway. Your card details are entered on the bank’s secure page and are never seen or stored by DEKANORE — we only receive confirmation that a payment succeeded.
پرداخت از طریقِ درگاهِ زرینپال انجام میشود. اطلاعاتِ کارتِ شما در صفحهٔ امنِ بانک وارد میشود و هرگز نزدِ دکانوره ذخیره نمیگردد.
Who we share it with
اشتراکگذاری
We share only what each partner needs to do their job: your address and name with the courier delivering your parcel, and the payment amount with ZarinPal. No one else receives your information.
اطلاعات تنها در حدِ نیاز با شرکتِ پست (برای تحویل) و درگاهِ پرداخت به اشتراک گذاشته میشود.

We use a small number of essential cookies to keep you signed in and to remember your cart between visits. They carry no advertising trackers.
