How your order travels

ارسال سفارش

Every order is packed by hand at our atelier in Tehran and dispatched through a trusted national courier. Orders placed before 14:00 on a business day are prepared the same day; orders placed later, or on holidays, leave on the next working day.

هر سفارش در کارگاه ما در تهران با دست بسته‌بندی و از طریق پستِ پیشتاز یا باربری معتبر ارسال می‌شود. سفارش‌های ثبت‌شده پیش از ساعت ۱۴ در همان روز کاری آماده می‌شوند.

Delivery times

Estimated transit, once an order is handed to the courier:

• Tehran — 1 to 2 business days.
• Other provinces — 3 to 5 business days.

These are estimates from the courier, not guarantees; remote regions and national holidays may add a day or two.

تهران ۱ تا ۲ روزِ کاری و سایر استان‌ها ۳ تا ۵ روزِ کاری. این زمان‌ها برآوردِ شرکتِ پست است و در ایام تعطیل ممکن است کمی بیشتر شود.

Shipping cost

هزینهٔ ارسال

The exact shipping fee is shown at checkout before you pay, calculated from your destination. Orders are delivered cash-free — payment is settled online in advance through ZarinPal.

هزینهٔ دقیقِ ارسال پیش از پرداخت و بر اساس مقصد، در صفحهٔ تسویه نمایش داده می‌شود. پرداخت به‌صورت آنلاین و از طریق زرین‌پال انجام می‌شود.

Tracking your parcel

پیگیری مرسوله

When your order ships, we send a confirmation by SMS. Once the courier registers the parcel, your tracking code follows so you can watch it travel to your door.

هنگام ارسال، پیامکِ تأیید برای شما فرستاده می‌شود و پس از ثبتِ مرسوله، کدِ رهگیری ارسال می‌گردد.

DEKANORE currently delivers throughout Iran. International shipping is not offered yet — when it arrives, it will be announced here first.

در حال حاضر ارسال تنها در سراسرِ ایران انجام می‌شود. ارسالِ بین‌المللی به‌زودی اعلام خواهد شد.
