Your seven-day right
حقِ هفتروزه
Under Iran’s Electronic Commerce Law, you may withdraw from your purchase within seven days of receiving it. To be eligible, the bottle must be unused and unopened, with its seal, box, and any gift wrapping intact.
بر اساس قانونِ تجارتِ الکترونیکی، تا هفت روز پس از دریافتِ کالا حقِ انصراف دارید؛ مشروط بر آنکه محصول استفادهنشده، پلمب و در بستهبندیِ اصلی باشد.
The fragrance exception
استثنای محصولاتِ آرایشی
For reasons of hygiene and safety, a perfume that has been opened or used cannot be returned unless it arrived faulty. An unbroken seal is what lets us welcome a bottle home again.
بهدلایلِ بهداشتی، عطری که درب آن باز شده یا استفاده شده — مگر در صورتِ معیوببودن — قابلِ بازگشت نیست.
Damaged, faulty, or wrong item
کالای معیوب یا اشتباه
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or is not what you ordered, it is our error to put right. Tell us within 48 hours of delivery — ideally with a photo — and we will arrange a free replacement or a full refund, shipping included.
اگر سفارش آسیبدیده، معیوب یا اشتباه به دستتان رسید، تا ۴۸ ساعت پس از تحویل به ما اطلاع دهید تا تعویض یا بازپرداختِ کامل — همراه با هزینهٔ ارسال — انجام شود.

Write to us at our contact pagewithin the seven-day window with your order number. We’ll confirm eligibility and guide the parcel back. Return shipping for a change of mind is the customer’s; for a faulty item, it is ours.
در بازهٔ هفتروزه با شمارهٔ سفارش از طریقِ صفحهٔ تماس به ما پیام دهید. هزینهٔ ارسالِ مرجوعی در صورتِ انصراف بر عهدهٔ مشتری و در صورتِ معیوببودن بر عهدهٔ ماست.
Refunds
بازپرداخت
Once a returned bottle reaches us and passes inspection, your refund is issued to the original payment method, typically within 3 to 7 business days. The exact timing of the funds appearing depends on your bank.
پس از دریافت و بررسیِ کالای مرجوعی، مبلغ ظرفِ ۳ تا ۷ روزِ کاری به همان روشِ پرداختِ اولیه بازگردانده میشود.
